Toenail restoration is a specialized cosmetic tattooing technique that recreates the appearance of a natural toenail when the original nail is missing, damaged, permanently altered, or unable to grow back normally.
Custom pigment is used to match the appearance of a natural nail and surrounding skin. Fine details, shading, and color variation are carefully placed to create a realistic result. This treatment is cosmetic and restorative in appearance and does not treat an underlying medical or fungal condition.
This is paramedical work, assessed the way a nurse would assess it: the nail bed is examined first, any active infection has to be resolved before pigment is placed, and Leslie will tell you plainly whether you are a candidate. Color is matched to your surrounding nails so the result reads as your own.
