Stretch Mark Camouflage

Customized pigment or inkless treatments to soften the appearance of stretch marks and create a more even, natural-looking finish.

Stretch mark camouflage uses specialized techniques to improve the appearance of stretch marks and reduce their contrast with the surrounding skin. Depending on your skin and the characteristics of the stretch marks, a pigment or inkless treatment may be recommended.

Pigment camouflage uses carefully selected color to reduce visible contrast, while inkless treatments focus on stimulating the skin without adding pigment. A customized treatment plan is created based on the location, age, color, and texture of the stretch marks.

Best suited to marks that have matured and paled from red or purple to silver-white. Leslie will assess yours and explain honestly which approach fits, and how many sessions to expect, before you book.

Stretch mark treatment options

  • Inkless Stretch Mark Revision A pigment-free treatment designed to improve the texture and appearance of stretch marks by supporting natural skin rejuvenation.

Inkless stretch mark revision uses a specialized microneedling technique and regenerative serum to encourage the skin’s natural repair process without the use of camouflage pigment. The treatment is designed to improve the appearance and texture of stretch marks by promoting a more even, refined appearance over time.

Rather than covering stretch marks with color, Inkless Revision focuses on the skin itself. Multiple treatments may be recommended depending on the age, color, depth, location, and characteristics of the stretch marks.

  • Pigment Stretch Mark Camouflage Custom color designed to soften the contrast of stretch marks and help them blend more naturally with the surrounding skin.

Pigment stretch mark camouflage is a specialized tattooing technique that uses carefully selected pigments to reduce the color contrast between stretch marks and the surrounding skin. Custom color matching and precise placement help create a more even, natural-looking appearance.

This treatment focuses on color rather than texture. It does not remove the stretch marks or change their texture, but instead helps make them less noticeable by bringing their color closer to the surrounding skin.

Treatment is customized based on the stretch marks’ color, age, location, and characteristics, as well as your individual skin tone. Multiple sessions may be recommended to gradually build and refine the color for the most natural result.

Questions about stretch mark camouflage

  • Can red or purple stretch marks be treated?

Yes, once they have matured. Stretch marks that are red or purple because they are less than six months to a year old are best left until they have paled to silver-white. If they are still red or purple after six months to a year, they are safe to treat.

  • Should I choose pigment camouflage or inkless revision?

Pigment camouflage reduces the color contrast between the marks and your skin. Inkless revision improves texture without adding pigment. Leslie will explain which fits your skin before you book.

  • Will the stretch marks go away?

No treatment removes stretch marks. Treatment makes them less noticeable by softening their color or texture.

  • Does tanning affect the results?

Yes. Stretch marks typically don’t tan like the surrounding skin, with or without camouflage, so tanning can increase the contrast between your stretch marks and your natural skin tone. Sun exposure may also affect how well camouflage pigment blends with your skin over time.

  • How many sessions will I need?

Every client and their body is different and needs a different number of sessions, scheduled 6 weeks apart.
